My order actually shipped sooner than the estimated lead time, which was a nice surprise. I got updates along the way, so any worry about when it would show up felt avoidable. Everything arrived in good shape, and overall it was an easy experience.

Bolted right up in no time and gave me zero trouble. it was a super smooth install!

I was half expecting the stuff I needed to be out of stock, so it was a relief that it was actually available. I really hate making the trip and then missing out or having to settle for something else, so this was a nice surprise.

My first impression when I put the Metalcloak gear on my Jeep was that it felt really solid, and over a year later that still holds up. I’ve taken it through some rough trails, and aside from a few scratches, nothing has bent, loosened up, or given me any issues. it’s been exactly as tough as it seemed right out of the box...

The finish actually looks really good overall, and the coating came out nice. There was just one tiny scuff on the edge, which I guess is a fun little bonus, but otherwise I’m happy with it.

I’m really happy with this purchase!! It does exactly what I needed, and for the price, I feel like I definitely got my money’s worth!!! No regrets at all!!!

I had a small issue getting the setup right sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, their tech support got back to me quickly and explained everything in normal, plain language instead of making it feel like I was reading a manual. I asked a couple questions that probably sounded basic, but they were patient and helped me get it sorted out. Overall, really good experience

I ordered this during a busy week when I was trying to get a bunch of random errands done, so I wasn’t paying super close attention to the tracking. But the shipping was quick, and everything showed up without any issues. No complaints from me

I’ll give them credit, the engineering on their Jeep parts is solid. The brackets and joints actually seem thought out, and the whole setup feels strong instead of like some cheap copy of another kit. That said, I don’t have a ton of patience for stuff that doesn’t line up cleanly, and some of the fitment details were more annoying than they should’ve been. The instructions also didn’t really match my setup, so there was more guessing involved than I expected for the price. Good ideas and solid materials, but it feels like they need to clean up the final details

I’m happy with this. It feels really sturdy, fits just right, and seems like it was built to last. No complaints from me so far.

They did get it fixed eventually, which I’m happy about, but the replies took longer than I expected. Maybe that’s normal, I’m not sure, but I was kind of waiting around for updates.

The metal feels solid and well-made, but the coating started chipping way quicker than I expected.

It handles well around town, so I can’t really complain there. But on rough pavement it definitely feels stiffer than I expected, and whoever runs this could’ve made it a bit smoother. Highway driving is fine, just not quite as comfortable as I was hoping. Overall, it’s not bad, but there’s room for improvement.

They did get back to me eventually, though it took a while. The issue wasn’t completely fixed, but it seems like they at least tried to help. I’m sure it could’ve been handled a bit better

I put the MetalCloak suspension on my JK, the difference is huge. I don’t have much patience for parts that overpromise and then make me mess with them forever, but this setup actually did what it was supposed to. The articulation is night and day, the tires stay planted way better on rocky trails, and it still drives decent getting out there. Happy with it overall...

MetalCloak seems trusted in the Jeep world. A lot of people use their stuff, so that gave me some confidence. My experience was fine. Not bad. Not amazing either. I’d probably buy from them again. I just wish everything felt a little more consistent.

I ordered from MetalCloak the packaging was way better than I expected. The box showed up in good shape with no busted corners, and everything inside was wrapped tight like someone actually cared.
The hardware was bagged up too, so there wasn’t a bunch of loose stuff rattling around. I hate digging through a box trying to figure out where random bolts disappeared to, so I appreciated that more than I probably should.

Everything arrived clean and undamaged, which sounds basic, but it really does make a difference. At this point I’m basically waiting for an apology from all the other companies that made me expect every parts order to show up like a disaster.

I took my Jeep out on some rocky trails after installing the MetalCloak parts, it felt a lot more solid right away. The flex was good, nothing rattled loose, and I even pushed it hard without any issues. I think other Jeep owners who actually get out on the trails would appreciate how confident it feels. Overall, I’m really happy with how it handled
